Who is this for?

This qualification is intended for anyone working with children or young people. this may be in a paid or voluntary role. The qualification covers all of the elements of shorter “awareness” courses but also includes information on what to do with a disclosure and how to protect yourself from allegations.

Pre-Requisites:

This qualification is available to those over 18 years. Candidates should be at least a level 1 numeracy and literacy or equivalent

Progression route:

Learners may progress onto other courses related to child care or youth work.
